Riviera Nayarit.- With the purpose of tending to the matters related to North American tourists and residents in the region that includes Puerto Vallarta and Bahia de Banderas, the new Consular Agency of the United States of America was opened, which is located inside the “Paradise Plaza” mall, Premise L-7, second floor in Nuevo Vallarta.

In this act, the Consul General of the United States of America, Edward J. Ramotowsk, was present, and also the Consular Agent Kelly Trainor, as well as state and municipal authorities leaded by the State’s Governor Ney Gonzalez and the Local President Jamie Cuevas Tello.

During his speech, Governor Ney Gonzalez Sanchez stated that the vision of the tourist destination of Riviera Nayarit “is to welcome the foreign investment to generate economical development all over the region.” The Nayaritan Executive expressed his approval and said that the Consular Agency shall have all of the support from the Nayaritan government.

On her side, the Consular Agent, Kelly Trainor, said to be a “Nayaritan by heart” and thanked the support had from the authorities “at a conjunct work of collaboration to tend to the issues related to the North American tourists and residents in the region of Puerto Vallarta and Bahia de Banderas.”

The new premises of the United States of America Consular Agency have three consulate assistants and a consular agent who directly answers to the Consulate General in the City of Guadalajara.
